(08:00 UTC — Nov 29) Resolved – Maintenance has completed successfully.
(07:30 UTC — Nov 29) Monitoring – All affected services have been restored. This issue lasted a lot longer than anticipated, and we do deeply apologize for the long maintenance window.
(06:12 UTC — Nov 29) Update – Most of the websites have been restored. CDN seems to be giving some issues.
(07:13 UTC — Nov 28) Update – Most affected services have recovered, with the exception of the main websites on both NetroHost and main Netro Corporation websites. Sadly, there will be a delay until 10:00 PM EST (3:00 AM UTC). Thanks for your understanding regarding this delayed maintenance!~
(06:44 UTC — Nov 28) Update – We’re starting to see partial recovery on most affected services. Please standby.
(06:13 UTC — Nov 28) Update – The US East server has been fully reimaged and properly configured. The affected services are in progress of being restored. Please note, the website-side of things may not work straight away - additional configuration is required for those bad boys.
(23:18 UTC — Nov 27) Update – The affected services have been fully backed up. The backup was full, then stripped to only contain the required parts that make the service run. Backups were done in full to ensure minimal data loss. All systems were shut down so new data could not be written that would get missed from the backup. Please be patient as we are now imaging the new system infrastructure.
(20:19 UTC — Nov 27) Update – The affected services have been pulled offline and are in the process of being fully backed up. Please be patient.
