(14:00 UTC — Apr 7) Resolved – This incident was resolved. A quick reboot of the modem was the fix. We estimate US East was down for roughly two to three hours. We also noticed a reboot had happened across most of the infra. We will keep observing this and expect to announce more information once we have it.
(13:21 UTC — Apr 7) Monitoring – You know, this is getting really old. It’s basically a repeat of some time a few weeks ago. The modem. It does not like this network configuration. We continue to look into what we can do about it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
