(23:55 UTC — Mar 11) Resolved – We confirmed that everything is back on online that is within our control. The source of the issue was the modem didn’t renew the lease like it was supposed to (sometimes this happens, but usually its an easy thing to find and fix) due to either the random slight downtime that lasted not too long but occurred within the last couple of days. The reason for the downtime is not within our control and we hope that this doesn’t occur again.
